RYAN CASTLEMAN
CEO and Founder
Former GE executive with 20 years of experience leading multi-functional global teams that deliver customer success through innovative business. In 2009, Mr. Castleman founded Castleman Power Development. During his tenure at GE, Mr. Castleman was the General Manager for an industry segment focused on power projects, as well as sales leader for GE’s Gulf Coast industrial power and electrical commercial teams. Mr. Castleman holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas.
GP MANALAC
President and Co-founder
23+ years of experience in running asset management, energy commodities, and trading companies. In 2002, Mr. Manalac co-founded Fulcrum Power Services, an energy and asset management company that managed over 3,000 MW of Texas-based generation and a retail electric company that provided electricity service to over 250,000 customers. Immediately prior to joining CPD, Mr. Manalac also served as Chief Operating Officer of Energy Security Partners, a gas-to-liquids development company. Mr. Manalac also served as an executive at Dynegy Inc, where he was responsible for the commercial asset management of Dynegy's coal and gas-fired power generation assets. Mr. Manalac holds a B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and an M.B.A. from Rice University.
ANDY SALLIS
President - Infrastructure & Operations
30+ years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. Prior to joining CPD, Mr. Sallis worked for AECOM as President, Global Oil & Gas, serving upstream, midstream and downstream customers and providing an array of services from engineering and construction, fabrication and operations & maintenance. Mr. Sallis started his career with AMEC in the UK, moving quickly from engineering into project management on a wide variety of small, large and mega projects that have taken him to South Africa, Angola, China, and the US. In 2004, he moved to Houston, Texas. Following the acquisition of a local engineering company, Mr. Sallis grew the business substantially and became the President of AMEC Oil & Gas in 2011. Mr. Sallis holds a B.S. honors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.
